This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Clearly budgeting application and related services (the "Service"). This AUP is part of our Terms of Service and by using our Service, you agree to comply with this policy.
We've designed Clearly to help you manage your finances effectively. To ensure everyone can enjoy a safe and reliable experience, we ask all users to follow these guidelines.
2. Permitted Use
Clearly is designed for personal budgeting and financial management. You may use the Service to:

Clearly relies on the data you provide. While we strive to provide accurate calculations and helpful features, you are responsible for:
- Entering accurate financial information
- Reviewing and verifying calculations
- Making your own financial decisions

Clearly is a budgeting tool, not a financial advisor. Do not rely solely on our Service for important financial decisions.
6. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to us immediately at abuse@clearly.money.

7. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates this Acceptable Use Policy. Actions we may take include:
- Issuing a warning
- Temporarily suspending your account
- Permanently terminating your account
- Removing content that violates this policy
- Reporting violations to law enforcement authorities
- Pursuing legal action to recover damages
We may take these actions at our sole discretion, without notice, depending on the severity of the violation.
8. Cooperation with Authorities
We will cooperate with law enforcement authorities and comply with valid legal processes, including subpoenas, court orders, and search warrants. This may include disclosing user information when required by law.

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
